We currently provide a Florida State address in the US to ship.
How often do shipments arrive?
We ship 5x for the week get your packages 2-3 days.
What items can I ship?
You can ship all items except items on the Jamaica customer prohibited websites. Any item that needs a permit or special having please reach out to our admin team before shipping.
Do you offer barrel shipping?
Yes, we do. You may reach out for support.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping rates are calculated per pound. Additional charges may be added such as processing, handling and storage fees. Conditions apply.
How long does delivery take?
We offer same day and next day delivery. Please note, that we do operate with cutoff times based on where the package is going.
Do you assist with online shopping?

What happens if my package is not collected?
Your package accrues $250 daily storage fee after 5 days of being marked Ready for Pick up. After 30 day, it will be marked as discarded and will be treated as such. It may be auctioned at that time to recoup funds that were used to get it here.
Is my package insured?
Please note, your package is not insured with company. If it goes missing once in our possession. We will deal with each case on a case by case basis and client will be reimbursed up to $100 or based on the invoice.
